Covid-19 Update:

We are living in a time of increased anxiety, worry, and fear. During these stressful times, it’s vital for everyone to care for their mental health. I’m offering online telehealth sessions for those who choose to stay home. I am also following the CDC recommendations to increase the safety of my in-office sessions. I work in a very small office where there is usually only a couple of people present at any given time. We are cleaning after each clients and we are asking people to wait in their cars instead of the waiting room.
